PU-1000 is a non-reactive plasticizer grade polyurethane resin for ink. It is mainly used for the PU ink binder for Toluene and MEK free ink, suitable for flexo and gravure surface printing ink for BOPP and BOPET, also can be used for simple lamination structure.

PU5000 is a non active plasticizing type polyurethane resin. It is used to make gravure and flexo ink for surface printing on OPP and PET film. PU-5000 also can be used in some simple lamination structure.

PU8500 is a non active film-forming typepolyurethane resin. It is used to make flexorotogravure ink for lamination printing oncoroner treated OPP PET and PA films.

PU8000 is a one component, high performance polyurethane resin for gravure lamination ink. It has excellent adhesion property on OPP, PET, NY and other films.

Good compatibility with PU resin, EVA resin, alkyd resin, acrylic resin, melamine resin, etc.

Easily soluble in ketone and ester solvent.

It is white powder, ketone soluble with colorless, transparent solution and it has with excellent adhesion on paper,polysulfone resin, acrylic resin, PVC,ABS, PC and the surface of ink.

It is an aromatic linear thermoplastic solid resin with excellent compatibility with most solvent-based inks and coatings, non-aqueous UV systems. This product has excellent stability in the UV system but not suitable for alcohol solvent systems.

Polyketone resin is a kind of hard resin with high photostability. It’s non-toxic and light-coloured. And it’s soluble in any solvent used in coating industry except for fatty alkane and water. It also can be mixed and solved with many resins used in paint and ink. So it can raise paint’s and ink’s properties greatly, such as glossiness,adhesion,pigment wettability, hardness of surface layer and system’s solid content.

Poly-ketone resin has a wide application in ink industry. It has a good name of “universal resin” in plastic flexo printing ink.
